The all-on-four procedure is a complete restoration of the upper and or lower arch using dental implants which are fitted to a dental bridge. The all-on-four/six treatment is a full set of permanent teeth meaning a permanent solution, that not only feel like natural teeth but look identical to natural teeth too.

At KDIC we provide the best solution to restore periodontally compromised teeth giving the patient an opportunity to have fixed teeth in a day. The patient is advised to provide a CBCT scan for treatment planning. After thoroughly studying the bone quality, height and other important anatomical structures we come up with a solution in the best interest of the patient which can be carried out under local anesthesia with/without IV sedation depending upon patient’s level of anxiety.

On the day of surgery, the patient is prepared and made comfortable to undergo a surgical phase of approximately 3 hours in which the implants are placed solid in the bone. Next comes the prosthetic phase in which the patient is provided with interim fixed bridge on the same day before the patients is all set to leave the clinic with all the teeth fixed in a day.

After a healing period of 3 months the patient is recalled for final bridge fabrication. In this phase the patient can have the smile of choice they want for themselves, i.e., the size, shape and color of teeth can be decided in accordance with patients’ choice.
