Aligners are a sequence of transparent and removable trays that fits according to the teeth and applies controlled forces to align and straighten them. The patient must wear the aligners for 22 hours a day for 14 days each in sequential order given by the dentist.

What to expect:

At first visit, we do complete extraoral and intraoral examination, take study models and clinical pictures to study the case. Then we take 3D impressions/scan and ask the patient to provide a full mouth OPG that is then provided to CLEARPATH team to design a treatment plan according to the patient’s need. The 3D setup is shared with the treating doctor that is fully discussed and shown to the patient beforehand. When the patient agrees with the treatment plan, the aligners are fabricated and given to the patient and treatment is progressed under dentist’s supervision.
